Who We Are

Omar and Ken were AMAZING. The best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I have never written a review even with great experiences in the past but these guys were so professional, positive, willing to try, hard-working, honest, and just all around amazing that I had to take my time and leave this positive review. If I could give them 100 stars, I would.

My husband and I moved in from out of town to a second floor unit of our building and our original movers bailed without even trying to move our piano. Everyone else we reached out to either didn’t get back to us or said they couldn’t do it. Omar and Ken came out just hours ago with very short notice, to move the piano to a storage facility for us. But they looked at the stairs, evaluated it, measured things, and volunteered (we didn’t even ask!) to at least attempt getting the piano up to our unit. Not only did they attempt but they made it happen!! I literally cried tears of joy when I saw that piano on the second floor. They took such great care of our piano and the property. They were professional and positive the entire time. And when we thanked them, their response was “Our pleasure! It was a treat to meet you both and thank you for the opportunity.”

P.S. Omar is also a trained pianist. He even fixed our soft pedal for us!!!
